HistoryEuro-Consultants (IL) was established in May 1999 by Dr. Ilana Fried and Dr. Mordecai Lapidot. In a short time the company positioned itself as the largest local consulting company for the EC Framework Programmes. In the Fifth Framework Programme we have prepared over 50 proposals, and in the Sixth (first two calls) over 20. Euro-Consultants (IL) provides services for the formation of effective EU consortia and the development of R&D proposals for the Framework Programmes, EUREKA and other European funding schemes. We serve as the initiator, Scientific Director and Coordinator of several EC approved and funded projects that mentor more than 150 consultant companies in 25 countries of Central, East and South East Europe on the formation of consortia and development of proposals for European projects.
